MAINE INGREDIENTS
1/2	c	Plus 2 tbsp unsalted butter
1 3/4	c	Sugar
3		Eggs
1/4	c	Plus 1 tbsp half & half
3/4	ts	Vanilla
2 1/2	c	Flour
1 1/2	ts	Baking powder
1/2	ts	Salt
1 1/2	c	Blueberries

Preheat oven to 425~. Grease muffin tins. In a lg. bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, half & half, and vanilla. Add remaining dry ingredients. Mix well. Batter will be stiff. Fold in blueberries. Distribute evenly among greased tins. Bake for 23 to 25 mins.
